4. Testing of the Stainless Steel 304 cylinder filter wedge wire sieve screens

1. All Dimensions of water well sand filter will be checked by our quality inspector, and they also can be inspected by Third Party Inspections or representative appointed by buyer.
2. Wall thickness of coupling material is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection
3. Do Destructive Collapse Test and collaspe Strength Test before shipment. 
4. If required, the screens will be made pickling and passivation. 
5. The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company and representative appointed by buyer.
6.The screens will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required. 



5. Payment of the Stainless Steel 304 cylinder filter wedge wire sieve screens

Usually our customers take following ways to pay the money for the goods:
1. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable after inspection and before delivery.
2. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable By T/T against copy of Bill of Lading.
3. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable By L/C at sight.
Note: we can negotiate with our customers' about other ways to pay the balance payment upon the real conditions.




6.RFQ of the Stainless Steel 304 cylinder filter wedge wire sieve screens

1. Diameter:  determined by the borehole diameter and pump size. 
 
2. Material: stainless steel or galvanized carbon steel according to the PH value of water. 
 
3. Slot size: as per the size of filter medium and gravels. 
 
4. Collapse strength and tensile strength: decided by the depth of screen installed.  
 
5. Unit length: 2.9 and 5.8m fit for the container. But other length is acceptable. 
 
6. Connection ways: Welding, API Thread(Pin and Box), or Flange.
 
7.CO,FORM A, FORM E, CIQ,COC,SASO and other required certificates can be provided.
